Kendall Presbytery operates according to the Constitution of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and the Administrative Manual of the presbytery which includes Organizational Structure, By-Laws, and Standing Rules. Additional policies for particular issues, concerns, and procedures may be adopted to provide guidance to how we conduct ministry.

This guide is provided to assist us to pray with and for each other as we engage in discovering God’s purposes for mission and ministry in this era of change and challenge. They are distributed every two or three months throughout the year in a weekly format which names the congregations, leaders, and ministries of the Presbytery. Content of the prayer guides may be copied and printed for distribution in bulletins, newsletters or for individual use. 

The Stated Clerk of the Presbytery is responsible for the official records which includes the minutes of the Stated Meetings. Meeting minutes are posted to provide access to the official actions of Kendall Presbytery. 

Stated Meeting Highlights is the newsletter of the presbytery distributed to congregations and individuals in order to share information about activities and events of the presbytery and its congregations. It is ordinarily published soon after each of the three stated meetings of the presbytery in order to include highlights from those gatherings. The Transitional Presbyter/Stated Clerk has oversight of the newsletter, which is edited and published by the Office Administrator.
